Planning estimates are not bids

Pool pricing, service pricing, availability, permitting, site conditions, contractor qualifications, product availability, and project timelines vary by location and project. Online information, estimated ranges, emailed estimate summaries, or quote-related guidance should not be treated as a final proposal, guaranteed price, contract, financing offer, warranty promise, or commitment by any contractor, service provider, brand, or manufacturer.

Quote review, contractor contact, and consent

Some PoolQuote.ai flows let you request an emailed estimate copy, a local quote review, or optional contractor follow-up by email, phone, or text. If you choose a local quote-review, contractor-contact, or callback option, you authorize PoolQuote.ai to share the submitted project details and contact information with the matched local contractor or service provider for that project. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

If you request only an emailed estimate copy, or if the selected ZIP or service path has no matched local contractor, PoolQuote.ai may email the estimate summary to you without sending your information to a contractor. You remain responsible for deciding whether to contact, hire, or purchase from any contractor, service provider, advertiser, brand, or manufacturer.

Featured local options, brands, and resources

PoolQuote.ai may show or email featured local options, partner profiles, brand resources, brochures, or planning links. These are options to consider while comparing next steps. They are not requirements, endorsements of final suitability, or guarantees. There is no obligation to contact, choose, or purchase from any featured provider or brand.

Unless a form or page clearly says otherwise, selecting or receiving a manufacturer brochure or brand resource link does not send your personal information to that manufacturer or brand.

Contractor and third-party relationships

PoolQuote.ai may connect homeowners with contractors, service providers, advertisers, brands, manufacturers, or third-party services. We do not guarantee the licensing, insurance, performance, availability, pricing, product quality, warranty terms, financing terms, or work quality of any third party unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Email, phone, text, and unsubscribe expectations

PoolQuote.ai may send transactional or relationship emails tied to a request you made, such as estimate summaries, quote-review confirmations, requested resources, support responses, or account/service notices. If PoolQuote.ai sends promotional or marketing emails beyond the specific request you made, those emails should identify PoolQuote.ai as the sender and provide a practical way to opt out of future marketing emails. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop transactional, legal, security, or request-specific service messages.

If you provide a phone number for follow-up, PoolQuote.ai or a matched local contractor may contact you about that project by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply for text messaging. Where supported, reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Analytics, advertising, and session replay

PoolQuote.ai may use analytics, heatmap, session-replay, advertising, conversion-measurement, and remarketing services to measure website use and improve the experience, subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy and cookie controls. These services are provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies.

Your responsibilities

Review written proposals carefully before signing.
Verify contractor licensing, insurance, references, permits, product specifications, warranty terms, and local requirements.
Confirm what is included, excluded, and subject to change orders.
Confirm final pricing, scope, availability, property conditions, access, drainage, utilities, HOA needs, permits, timelines, and agreement terms directly in writing with the appropriate professional.
Use the site only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, spam, abuse, or misuse it.

Intellectual property

Text, design, branding, graphics, page layouts, estimates, tools, data structures, and other site content are owned by or licensed to PoolQuote.ai unless otherwise noted. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial research, but you may not copy, republish, scrape, train on, or redistribute site content at scale without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolQuote.ai is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, emailed estimate summaries, third-party services, contractor or brand interactions, pricing differences, project delays, communication failures, email delivery issues, or project outcomes.
